Electrical components are covered by Luna Cycle or California eBikes, our two suppliers. Any warranty claims must be made through us.

Frames usually have lifetime warranties. Coverage for parts may be lifetime, limited, or not available – depending on the manufacturer. Contact us for more information.

High Lakes eBikes does not offer supplemental warranties of any kind. As of 2024 we are fully retired and maintain this website for legacy purposes only.
